The Magic Is Growing - Join Me in 2026
Hello my friends,
As we step into 2026, I’ve been taking some quiet moments to look back, not just at the shows, the stages, or the applause, but at the journey that brought me here.
First item of 2025 was launching this site!
Launching it last year felt like opening the door to a new chapter. Alongside that came the merch shop (still surreal to say), crossing a few long-held performance locations and items off my bucket list, doing a theater tour, having my own custom magic kit, and getting the chance to meet and learn from performers that became new friends, and performers I have known for many years. 2025 was full in the best way, full of growth, lessons, creativity, and community.
Because of you my community, 2026 is already shaping up to be something special. I’m incredibly grateful to share that my calendar is filling quickly with festivals, private events, and experiences booked well into the year. There are possibly more theater shows in the works, projects still forming, still dreaming themselves into existence, and I cannot wait to share those details as they come to life.
But there’s something else I’ve been sitting with. Something that’s been on my heart for a long while now.
I’m going to get a little personal here, but you’re my community, and this feels like the right place to share.
Right at the start of 2026, I turned 50. Yes… 50! Believe it or not.
And no, I’m not revealing the location of the fountain of youth (nice try). 😉
Reaching this milestone has made me reflect not just on where I’ve been, but on why I do what I do. I’ve always loved being a showman, bringing wonder, joy, and impossibility to life, but as I step into this next chapter, I want to do more than perform. I want to make an impact that lasts beyond the stage.
One of the greatest gifts of 2025 was learning. Learning from my mentors. Learning from new teachers, like Anthony, whose mastery as a puppeteer opened my eyes in new ways. Learning in all ways, from family & loved ones, fellow performers, audience members, and this incredible community that surrounds me.
Magic is a curious profession. By design, you’re never meant to see the work behind the curtain. The countless hours of rehearsal. The failures. The repetition. The quiet frustration of perfecting a single movement, breath, or beat. An audience sees only a few seconds, the moment where everything works, and the magician’s job is to make that moment look effortless.
That invisibility of effort can be heavy.
When your work is hidden, it’s easy to forget how much you’ve grown, or how much strength it took to get there. Many performers feel this weight, even if they never speak it out loud. I’ve felt it too.
And it brought me back to my younger self.
(Yes I still wear my signature blue shirt and purple tie.)
When I was first falling in love with magic and bubbles, there wasn’t a clear path. I had to figure things out on my own. There were moments I wanted to give up, moments of doubt, frustration, and feeling like I was always one step behind. But I kept going. I learned. And eventually, I found my way.
As I look ahead to 2026, I know this:
I want to be the mentor I needed back then.
I genuinely believe magic and bubbles are for everyone. They don’t belong to a select few. They belong to the curious, the dreamers, the ones willing to try. I always wanted to help keep that magic alive, not just now, but for generations to come.
So, with a very full heart, I’m excited to share something that’s been in the works…
While I continue offering one-on-one mentoring sessions via Zoom in my bubble nation community section of my website, I am currently building an at your own pace online course!
This course is being created for everyone; beginners, dreamers, performers, and those who simply feel the pull of wonder. It’s my way of passing on my legacy, the lineage of mentors who shaped me, and the lessons I learned the hard way so you don’t have to.
This feels like the most meaningful project I’ve ever taken on.
My performances this year are evolving too!
Every show in 2026 is infused with new growth, fresh creativity, and the lessons I’ve gathered from mentors, teachers, and audiences alike. The magic you’ll see me perform reflects not only my years of experience, but newly applied learnings that have always kept ignited my love for performing.
